Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse. 

It may take several hours to become active on the couriers website. 

If you can not find your tracking number you can: 

a) Check in your junk folder - they often go there

b) search your emails for your order number - the email will include this

c) Go onto the campsmart website and log into your account 

If you purchased on a marketplace like eBay, catch or amazon your tracking number will be available in your purchase history. Reach out to the sales platform you purchased on if you are having problems locating it.
