The internet is a strange place. People react in ways that you would not expect. They sometimes forget the other person on the end of the line is another human being.

 

They forget to communicate in the way we all would face to face. 

 

Our staff are human beings and we value their contribution to our business. They are kind, good-hearted people who work hard to assist our customers every day. 

 

We will not tolerate abusive, rude, threatening behaviour. Harassment, yelling, swearing or belittling behaviour is not compatible with our brand values.

 

We will not speak to you in this way and we ask that you do not speak to us in that way. 

 

Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to terminate phone calls and report abusive emails. 

 

A great rule of thumb is -  If you wouldn't talk to your mum like this - do not talk to anyone else like this. 

 

Kindness is free and goes along way.
