How to access your account to see orders, lodge warranty claims and shipping inquiries and disputes

Step 1. 

Find your order/invoice number - this would have been emailed to you and it starts with an N

Step 2. 

Go to the campsmart website

www.campsmart.net.au 

Step 3. 

Login to your customer account - this is accessed from the person icon at the top right-hand side of the screen on every page of the website. If you have trouble with this step, see the troubleshooting steps below - Click here for further advice on this step.

Step 4. 

Go to the account overview page. You will have options to update your contact details, view past orders, pay for current orders and lodge disputes.

Troubleshooting logging into your account. 

  • If you checked out as a guest, you will need to make an account. - Click here for how to make an account. 
  • If you can not remember your password - click here for how to reset your password
  • If you purchased on a Marketplace - eg eBay, Kogan, Catch - you will need to lodge your inquiry through the marketplace 
  • If you have tried to reset your password and not received any emails - check the email address you used to make the order - maybe a different email address or - check your spam folder.
