If you have an open case with Campsmart regarding an order and would like to add further information or images to the case below are the following steps and a video to help you.
1. Log in to your Campsmart account - using the "person" icon at the top right of any page of the website
2. Click "view' existing dispute
3. Scroll to the bottom of the dispute
4. Upload an image to the dispute - Important: You must add a description in the message section of the image
5. Click Send - to add the image and description to your existing case

How do I get an update on a case?
Reply to the message you received with your existing case number and a staff member will be in contact with an update.
