To ensure a smooth and seamless pickup experience, please note the following platform-specific terms:

• Platform Independence: All Marketplace transactions are final on the Marketplace Platform - for example the eBay platform. We are strictly unable to match, refund, swap, or exchange eBay or other marketplace items for in-store or website stock at the time of pickup.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you change your mind or need a different item, the entire transaction must be managed through eBay or the Marketplace you purchased from. Showroom staff cannot accept unauthorised hand-back returns.
• How to Return: Please initiate a return request via the Marketplace you ordered from. Once an official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number is generated, your return can be processed according to eBay guidelines.
