Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you can not find the email have a look in your junk or spam folder, they sometimes hide there.
We are located in Gladesville Sydney. You are welcome to select Click & Collect at the checkout. Please be aware of our operating hours. As a warehouse we are only open Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.

Shipping delays can happen. Check your tracking to see if there are any updates. You can request an update from the carrier for the latest ETA. If you are still having problems lodge a support request and we can check your shipping details for you.
