How do I track my item?

If you ordered with Campsmart you will have been emailed your tracking number. You can click the address in the email you received to be taken to the tracking

How long will my parcel take? 

You can get an estimate on this page - but remember it is an estimate, not a promise. Delays can still happen. Also, remember if you have ordered a long or heavy item, these will go by courier and may take longer.

My parcel was Express Post and did not arrive the next business day. 

We ship only on business days. So if you purchased on the weekend, you need to allow time for your parcel to be picked up by the warehouse and then collected by Aust Post. If you ordered at 11 pm Friday night, your parcel will not leave our warehouse until Monday afternoon, for example.

While Express Post is the fastest delivery option, Australia Post does not Guarantee next-day delivery outside of their express post network.
