Sail track is used commonly on caravans and camper trailers and has a variety of functions. It is used to secure fridge and kitchen screens, bed flies, bagged awnings, and storm covers to name a few.
Sail tracks can be made of plastic or metal and can be obtained from a variety of places and is relatively inexpensive. We sell a white plastic sail track in lengths to suit the installation of the Jayco Storm Covers.

However, you can purchase sail track from most Bunnings in aluminum finish. You can view it here or google "metal mate sail track" to find a local supplier.

The installation of the sail track is a relatively quick and easy job and will require - silicone sealant, self-tapping screws, or pop rivets. If you are not confident to install a sail track most caravan repairers and canvas makers/repairers/trimmers should be able to assist.
