Check the installation of the fan, as per the instruction manual which is included in the box of the Sirocco Fan, the nut pre-installed at the terminal must not be removed.
In the case where the Factory nuts have been removed or loosened, see the below images on how to reset to fix the issue which causes the fan not to power on.
4 Screws must be removed from the base to open the back panel. Tighten the factory nut once the terminal bolt is re-seated ensuring it remains re-seated correctly.
If the Sirocco Fan is still not working, please email a photo of the serial number which is located on the inside rim of the fan and we will process your claim organizing for the fan to be returned for assessment.
