Troubleshooting - How to - Fitting a Campsmart AFK to a Fiamma F45, shock absorber

You can install a Campsmart Anti Flap Kit on your Fiamma F45 awning.

It is important to note that the brackets will not fit in the space available as they do with the F45S awning. You will require a fast clip adaptor to fit at the end of the Anti Flap Kit, as per below.

The part required is Fiamma part No. 98655-900. Unfortunately, we don't sell it separately but you can source it elsewhere for around $30.

This will then avoid the need to install the bracket as the part fits over the top of the shock absorber. You may need to drill out a pop rivet to remove the existing fitting and replace it with the adapter. Please note that any modifications to this product will void the warranty.​
