Troubleshooting - What are the marks on the Kovix Locks?

The marks are formed in the manufacturing process and are normal. All Kovix locks tend to have these marks. 

They won't affect the use. 

You may notice some marks on the inside. This is a lubricant like WD40 that helps the mechanism slide.
