What can be returned?

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

We have a 30-day limited change of mind return policy.

Unless otherwise specified, the product must not be a clearance item or a customised product.

We will not accept returns without prior agreement - You must submit a return request before returning an item. Click here to read our returns policy. 

Refunds are only given for products in NEW, unused condition and original packaging.

 

How do I request a return? 

You must submit a return request through the resolution centre in your Campsmart Account.

You can log into your campsmart account by clicking the "person" icon at the top right of any page on our website. Click here to log into your Campsmart Account.

All change-of-mind returns must be NEW and unused and in original packaging.

You will need to gather the following information:
1. Your Order Number
2. A full description of the problem (if relevant)
3. Any alternative contact details
4. Photos of the issue (If product/delivery related)

 

What can not be returned? 

  • We will not accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been used or damaged.

We will not accept change of mind returns of:  

  • Caravan, camper trailer, or pop-top caravan covers
  • Camper trolleys
  • Custom-made products
  • All awnings and annexe/awning walls
  • Special orders (items specifically ordered for a customer)
  • Items that have been fitted, used, marked, damaged, or installed
  • Items with damage claims made after 48 hours from delivery

Choose carefully

It is the buyer's responsibility to read the product description, understand what you are purchasing, measure your vehicle, and know what size item you need. Always check items upon receipt to ensure they are in good order.

 

All returns need to be authorized

  • We do not accept returns without prior agreement. 

Instore Returns

  • Large items being returned in-store will need to be inspected before being refunded.
  • You will need to book an appointment for an inspection.
  • Inspections can only be done Wed-Fri, 1 to 3.30 pm.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers must pay for return shipping costs.
  • A full refund (including shipping) will be issued if an item is deemed defective after inspection.

Credit for Returns

  • Full refunds are given for defective goods.
