How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse. 

 

When an item is dispatched, it will be scanned and collected by our couriers.

However, it may take several hours to become active on the couriers' website. 

 

If you can not find your tracking number in your emails, you can: 

 

1) Use your email address and Order ID to track your order here - Click Here

Alternatively, if you do not know your Order ID you can:

2) Log in to your Campsmart Account from here and click "Orders"

You can see your order details and view the latest tracking.

3) Or your email junk folder - the tracking emails often go there

4) Your tracking number will be available in your purchase history if you purchased on a marketplace like eBay, Catch or Amazon. Please contact the sales platform you purchased on if you have problems finding it.

How to find your tracking number in your Campsmart Account: 

 

 

Instructions on lodging a case.

 

In order to submit a case,  you will need to gather the following information:
 
1. Your Order Number
2. A full description of the problem (if relevant)
3. Any alternative contact details
4. Photos of the issue (If product/delivery related)
 
To start your claim:
 
Step 1.
Log into your Campsmart Customer Account via the - Resolution Center
 
Step 2.
Submit your case via the Resolution Centre.
 
Once your case has been submitted our resolutions team can start working on a solution for you.
