How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse. 

When an item is dispatched it will be scanned and collected by our couriers.

However, it may take several hours to become active on the couriers' website. 

If you can not find your tracking number in your emails you can: 

1) Use your email address and Order ID to track your order here - Click Here

Alternatively, if you do not know your Order ID you can:

2) Log in to your Campsmart Account from here and click "Orders"

You will be able to see your order details and view the latest tracking.

3) Or your email junk folder - the tracking emails often go there

4) If you purchased on a marketplace like eBay, catch or Amazon your tracking number will be available in your purchase history. Reach out to the sales platform you purchased on if you are having problems locating it.
