Are your products covered by a warranty? 

We only sell products from quality suppliers. 

We are an Australian company and abide by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian warranties cover all our products.

What if a product has an extended warranty? 

If a manufacturer has offered an extended warranty beyond the standard warranty period this will be subject to the terms and conditions of the extended warranty.

How do I submit a warranty claim? 

All claims will require an order number and photo evidence.

Due to the high incidence of online fraud, we will not process claims where the customer refuses to provide any evidence of the problem they are claiming. 

In order to submit a warranty claim,  you will need to gather the following information:
 
1. Your Order Number
2. A full description of the problem (if relevant)
3. Any alternative contact details
4. Photos of the issue (If product/delivery related)
 
To start your claim:
Step 1.
Log into your Campsmart Customer Account via the Resolution Center
Step 2.
You can submit your case through the Resolution Centre.
Once your case has been submitted, our resolutions team can start working on a solution for you.
