How do I get an update on a Change of Mind Return Request?
All requests including payment request updates can be submitted through your Campsmart Account resolution centre.
You can access your Campsmart Account by clicking the "person" icon at the top right-hand side of any page on the campsmart website.
When are items inspected?
Items that are returned to Campsmart are tested and inspected prior to any replacements or refunds being processed.
- Return inspections are generally completed on Thursdays each week.
When are refunds processed?
Once inspection has been completed if a refund is due the claim will be sent to the payments team for processing.
- Payments are processed on Tuesdays each week.
Once your payment has been made you will need to allow for the banking industry timeframes for processing. Banks and credit card processors can take up to ten business days to process a refund.
Please note:
- While we do our best to maintain these standards these timeframes are guides only and subject to change due to peak season or staffing shortages
- Warranties will take longer, particularly if they need to be assessed by a third-party team
Can you do this faster?
No, we process all returns and refunds according to the following process.
Our customer service staff do not process refunds and are not able to expedite the process. Bullying and harassment of our staff will not be tolerated.
Items are processed in the order they are received.
