There are many different caravan roof vents available on the market.

This can make it difficult to identify which vent you have when it's time to replace it, especially if you own an older caravan fitted with a discontinued model.

Use the identification guide above to compare the overall shape, lid design, hinge style, handles, and frame of your existing vent with common caravan vent brands.

How to Identify Your Caravan Vent

Before purchasing a replacement, check the following:

  • Manufacturer's logo – Look for a brand name or logo on the vent lid or inside the frame.
  • Opening size – Measure the roof opening (the most common size is 14" x 14" (355 x 355 mm)).
  • Outside frame shape – Compare the external frame and lid profile.
  • Hinge design – Note whether the vent uses front, rear, or side hinges.
  • Opening mechanism – Check whether it uses a winding handle, push-up mechanism, gas struts, or locking arms.
  • Colour – Clear, white, smoke, or tinted lids can help identify the model.

Still Unsure?

If you're unable to identify your caravan vent, please send us:

  • A photo of the vent from the outside.
  • A photo from the inside.
  • A close-up photo of any labels or part numbers.
  • The roof opening dimensions (if known).

With this information, we'll do our best to help identify the correct replacement vent or spare part
