Ebay plus - Free return labels

Are you an eBay Plus member? They will provide you with a free postage label for your return. 

Eligible Items for Free Return:

1. Only items purchased through eBay Plus are eligible for free returns.
2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
3. Items must be in their original condition, with packaging intact.

How to Return eBay Plus Purchases:

1. Find the item in your purchase history on eBay and select Return this item.
2. Choose the reason you're returning the item and select Request Return.
3. eBay will take you through printing a free return label. If you're unable to print a free return label, please contact eBay
4. Print the label (normal A4 paper is fine) and tape it to the package. Make sure you've wrapped the item well and added the RMA number to the packaging.
5. Drop the item off, then mark it as sent in the return request.

The return is tracked. We can both see when the item is returned to our warehouse for processing.

Once the item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.
