Ebay plus - Free return labels

Are you an eBay Plus member? They will provide you with a free postage label for your return.

Here's what to do:

1. Find the item in your purchase history on eBay and select Return this item.
2. Choose the reason you're returning the item and select Request Return.
3. eBay will take you through printing a free return label. If you're unable to print a free return label, please contact eBay
4. Print the label (normal A4 paper is fine) and tape it to the package. Make sure you've wrapped the item well and added the RMA number to the packaging.
5. Drop the item off, then mark it as sent in the return request.

The return is tracked. We can both see when the item is returned to our warehouse for processing of your refund.
