How to Submit an Order Support Request

To submit a Warranty or Return Request you can login to your Campsmart Customer Account. 

1. Visit campsmart.net.au

2. Click the person icon at the top right of the screen

2. Use your email address and password to login - If you can not remember your password you can reset it here. 

TIP: The email address is the one you used to place the order. 

3. Once logged in select the type of order support you require.
