Warranties - how do I submit a claim?

What information do I need to lodge a Warranty Claim? 

 

Information Required:

1. Your Order ID or Invoice Number 

2. Your purchase date 

3. Photos and a description of the problem you are having

Once you have this information, the form will be quick and will take only a few minutes to get started. 

 

Where do I lodge a Warranty Claim? 

Warranty Claims need to be submitted through your Campsmart Account. 

You can begin by clicking the person icon at the top right-hand side of every page of our website. 

Click here to log in to your Campsmart Account.

What if I do not have a Campsmart Account? 

If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account by clicking new customer and using the email address you used at the checkout when you purchased your items. 

 

What if I already have a warranty claim and want an update? 

You can reply to the email you have received confirming your case number (check your spam if you can not find it)
